A handmade bowl in grogged stoneware with a wide, flared form and a generous, open shape. The shino glaze is a creamy white with a fine natural speckle, and reduction firing has brought soft peach and apricot blushes to the surface, which deepen to warm terracotta at the foot. The interior is smooth and pale, and the base is signed by the maker.
